At Tested Audio, we stand behind the quality of our products. All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
ASCILAB Warranty Coverage
Ascilab offers a limited warranty of 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase for all of its products.
During this period, if a manufacturer defect is identified, we will be working with the factory on your behalf to provide free repair or replacement with an identical or equivalent part, or full speaker replacement if needed.
However, damages resulting from customer negligence or misuse are not covered under this warranty and will be subject to paid service.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@testeduadio.com with your order number and photos or a description of the defect. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

Damage caused by accidents, such as drops, impact, or submersion

Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper usage environment

External factors, such as excessive humidity, lightning, power surges, or natural disasters

Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs attempted by the customer

Failure to follow user manuals or safety instructions
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
